Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and classify received incidents to resolve issues.
- Verify resolution with users in Salesforce software.
- Implement and train IDS Next’s products for hotel customers.
- Complete projects within the estimated timeline.
- Maintain good customer relations and meet targets.
- Identify and escalate issues, provide investigation and diagnosis.
- Inform users about incident statuses and escalate major incidents.
- Work under pressure, own incidents throughout implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years hotel operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
- Finance/accounts management experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of computer systems, SQL scripting, and crystal report.
- Customer-oriented attitude, multitasking, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel and stay at client sites till project completion.
