Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Implementation Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing process implementation projects and providing consulting services to clients. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth transition to the Green Tape platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation process for client projects.
- Monitor project progress and address risks timely.
- Map client processes to the software solution.
- Develop data migration strategies for seamless transition.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
- Incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
