Job Description
The Role
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of our IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with various departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and maintain optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates.
- Implement new technologies to enhance IT operations.
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Document IT procedures and processes.
- Adhere to IT security best practices.
- Stay updated on IT trends relevant to logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years IT operations experience.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and network knowledge.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and server administration.
- Experience with IT monitoring tools and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior logistics sector exposure is a plus.
