Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ensuring the office is well-maintained and organized.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Contribute to HR and administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and/or administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment laws is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
