About The Role:
Xitricon is a consulting, technology, and digital transformation services company based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking an Associate Consultant-IFS HR with expertise in HR functions and processes. The role involves working with IFS latest technologies and may require customer interaction and teamwork. Strong communication and execution skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
2-3 years of HR experience aligning people strategy with business strategy. Proficiency in Payroll, Time management, Performance Management, and other HR functions. Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s in Human Resource.
Summary Job Description:
- Responsible for IFS Applications implementation and support.
- Develop user manuals and project documentation.
- Collaborate with the Technical team on Reports generation and technical tasks.
- Active participation in project activities.
