It specializes in the promotion of agent operation software, assists customers in brand building and reputation management, assists customers in market promotion, formulates promotional activity strategies and execution, and improves user conversion rate.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Colombo. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for employee development and implement effective training programs. A flexible work arrangement is possible, allowing some work from home.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources
  • Experience with HRIS software, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with training and development, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience in a multinational corporation and/or knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Sri Lanka is a plus
  • Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
