About AIESEC

AIESEC is an international youth-run and led, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural internships, and global volunteer exchange experiences. The organization focuses on empowering young people to make a progressive social impact.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and employee information in HRIS.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, or campus visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English
