Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in day-to-day HR functions as the Business Partner of respective Sector/ Division.
- Implement HR process efficiencies and solutions for overall output improvement.
- Deliver HR services to meet internal customer demands.
- Manage training needs by organizing and overseeing the training calendar.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances confidentially and fairly.
- Lead the recruitment process for top talent acquisition.
- Oversee Employee Performance Management for timely execution of increments and promotions.
- Support VP – Group HR in strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with 3 years overseeing HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Regulations and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
