Responsibilities:
- Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates and selecting the most suitable candidates through interviews and job offers.
- Active involvement in employee welfare & benefits initiatives such as providing annual uniforms, Death Mutual Benefit Scheme, safety equipment, and accommodation to employees.
- Issuing uniforms to staff at a reasonable cost and maintaining updated records.
- Monitoring transport and logistics arrangements.
- Maintaining records in hostels and managing the admission and discharge of employees.
Qualifications:
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience.
