Lanka Rubber Merchant (LRM) was founded in 2020 and is a subsidiary of LASL Group. It manufactures rubber items and supplies raw materials to reputed tyre companies. The company has two factories in Pannala Industrial Zone and Wharaka Ruwawella, along with a business consultancy company in Peliyagoda.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts
• Set and review employee performance goals
• Ensure compliance with labour laws
• Develop and enforce HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Administer health and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR Management or related field
• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software
