Role Description
Join us as a full-time HR & Admin Manager in Colombo. Responsibilities include HR functions, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with extensive HR knowledge, organizational skills, excellent communication, HRIS and payroll software proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR. Experience in the garment industry is a plus.
