Role Description
This full-time role based in Colombo District requires managing all HR functions at Panasian Power PLC. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will drive employee engagement and retention strategies while providing HR guidance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven HR managerial experience
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and labor regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, certification preferred
