Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Support performance management and career development processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices, particularly in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
