Job Description
We are in the lookout for an HR Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Role: Provide leadership and guidance, aligning HR practices with organizational plans.
- Compliance and Administrative Responsibilities: Ensure legal compliance, manage disciplinary matters, and oversee recruitment.
- Employee Development: Coordinate training, support onboarding, and contribute to growth.
- Talent Management: Manage performance evaluations, increments, and promotions for employee retention.
- Future Preparedness: Assist in diversity, equity, inclusion, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management, preferably a master’s degree.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with 3 years in HR operations supervision.
- Proficiency in labor regulations, communication, and MS Office.
