Role Description:

This full-time on-site role is for a Human Resources Manager at Medihelp Hospitals Corporate office in Papiliyana, Nugegoda. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Qualifications:

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
