Requirements:
- 7-10 years of HR experience at the managerial level.
- Strong background in HR generalist experience within a multi-national environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural setting.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant degrees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and local language.
