Job Description
Our client, a European based company, is seeking a HR Manager to handle all aspects of Human Resources and collaborate on strategic initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices to enhance the organization’s workforce.
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 11.30AM – 8.30PM, Fri 11.00AM – 6.30PM
Location: Colombo 01
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the event service industry
- Managed HR tasks for a staff of 80 to 120 employees
- Responsibility for HR operations, supported by an HR assistant focused on recruitment
