Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Manager Human Resources for an FMCG company in Colombo. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for candidates and new hires.
- Promote engagement, recognition, and career development for employees.
- Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and employee relations.
- Administer benefits programs and identify training needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of HR managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
