Job Description
Location: Avissawella EPZ
Job Duties:
- To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, manage orientation and on-boarding.
- Manage probationary reports and personnel records for accuracy.
- Develop HR systems, manage employee training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead negotiations when required.
- Provide HR analytics and conduct employee exit interviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Process driven, with the ability to establish good working relationships.
