Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR professional to lead the HR function at Enterprise Analytics. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits, compensation, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the recruitment process.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and implement HR policies.
- Performance Management: Lead goal setting, evaluations, and recognition.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and promote continuous learning.
- Benefits and Compensation: Manage compensation, benefits, and stay updated on trends.
- HR Administration: Maintain HR records, handle payroll, and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
