Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance counseling, career development, conflict resolution, and more.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Maintain knowledge of legal HR requirements for compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze ER data, manage employee engagement surveys, and more.
Qualifications and Competencies Preferred:
- Minimum 6 years in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.
- PQHRM/CQHRM/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Master’s degree is a plus.
