Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Colombo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, recruitment, implementing coaching and mentoring programs, and strategically aligning HR practices with business goals. Daily tasks include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR and administrative analytical solutions
- Experience in organizational strategy and KPI visualization
- Knowledge of digitalization and data visualization
- Skills in coaching and mentoring programs on data analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Certifications in HR management or data analytics is a plus
