We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to assist with our Executive and Above recruitment functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and work closely with experienced HR professionals.
Job Profile:
- Assist with recruitment processes for Executive and senior-level positions.
- Support with drafting job advertisements and posting job openings.
- Participate in candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and background research.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Personal Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
