Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at SAS Capital Group. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR management
- Understanding of HR policies and practices
- Familiarity with employee benefits programs
- Knowledge of personnel management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
