Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Location: Sapugaskanda, Sri Lanka

Duration: 06 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
