Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

2. Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

3. Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

4. Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture.

5. Assist in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.

6. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documents, preparing reports, and managing HR correspondence.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software platforms is a plus.

4. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
