This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Fits Cargo in Colombo. Responsibilities include HR management, policies, benefits, and personnel management.
Job Responsibilities:
– Monitor HR tickets and distribute tasks
– Write HR articles fortnightly
– Develop employee talent recognition system
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding
– Support monthly payroll processes
– Monitor compliance and policies
– Conduct HR analytics for improved efficiencies
– Provide administrative support
– Attend recruitment campaigns
Qualifications:
– Diploma or degree in human resources management or equivalent
