Role Description
This is an on-site internship role as a Human Resources Intern located in Colombo. As an intern, you will assist in various day-to-day tasks related to human resources management. This may include assisting with HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Following a professional qualification related to Business Management or HRM will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge regarding MS Office packages (Specially in MS Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
