Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at DT Travels (Pvt) Ltd in Nugegoda. The Human Resources Intern will support the company management team in day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, learning & development, and more.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration
- Ability to assist with personnel management tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in English is a Must.
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (in progress or completed)
