The Job:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and talent acquisition.
- Support onboarding and resignation processes.
- Maintain employee records, handle HR queries, and assist in letter preparation.
- Help in payroll preparation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and support legal requirements.
- Contribute to day-to-day HR activities and special projects.
- Manage personal files and documentation processes.
