Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, and administration processes, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a world-class hospitality project.
Your responsibilities include assisting in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting new hire orientation. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, update databases, and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
