Job Description
Assist recruiters in screening and reviewing applications
Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates
Update company employee database as necessary
Draft, review, and send offer and rejection notices
Answer recruitment-related inquiries from applicants when needed
Assist in the onboarding process for successful candidates
Research market salary data and assist in planning compensation packages
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other HR-relevant documents
Respond to staff questions about HR policies and procedures
