Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Accolade Ventures Group – Talent Acquisition located in Ja-ela. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in various HR tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Assist in coordinating transport operations and driver schedules.
- Support transport-related HR and administrative functions.
- Maintain transport records and documentation.
- Experience in developing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
