Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and maintain HR documents
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR administrative tasks
- Participate in HR projects like training, employee welfare, and CSR programs
- Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations

- Studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
