Job Description
To provide support and assistance to the Business Partners – People & Culture Operations to maintain good employee/employer relations in the assigned area of work. Will be responsible to coordinate People & Culture services and functions, supporting the Head of Department towards achieving strategic goals.
Major Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with outsourced companies, maintaining up-to-date details of all outsourced staffing.
- Conduct staff domestic investigations and maintain personnel files.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits submissions.
- Execute employee exit procedures and advise on entitlements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of HR experience as an Executive.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Management or related Professional Qualification.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal communication.
- Effective written and oral communication in English and Local languages.
