Role Description
A full-time on-site opportunity is available for a Human Resources Executive/Secretary. The role involves overseeing HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, office administration, and overall human resources functions. Position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Operations, and Employee Relations
- Familiarity with HR policies and best practices
- Comprehensive grasp of human resources functions
