Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player who has a strong desire to learn and has a high level of commitment to their work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee training and development programs for continued employee growth.
- Maintain HR headcount report, HR trackers, and automate them using Power BI.
- Prepare HR data analysis for leadership team decisions.
- Be the custodian for HRIS system and assist in employee engagement.
- Handle HR operations tasks such as issuing offer letters and conducting pulse checks.
- Support recruitment stages when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant professional qualification.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role with multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Positive attitude, passion for HR, and ability to work in challenging situations.
