Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends for competitive hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition partners.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation.
• Provide recruitment reports and analytics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Previous hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
