Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends for competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition partners.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation.
- Provide recruitment reports and analytics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
