Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Candidates must possess a proven track record of at least 2 years in HR management or similar executive roles.
- Experience in Training & Development, Performance Management would be an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and protocols is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial prowess.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Strong analytical acumen and adept problem-solving skills.
