Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must possess a proven track record of at least 2 years in HR management or similar executive roles.
  • Experience in Training & Development, Performance Management would be an added advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and protocols is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Strong analytical acumen and adept problem-solving skills.
