Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR and Recruitment Executive located in Colombo. The HR and Recruitment Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
