Requirements & Skills:
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, training programs, performance management, and more.
