- Should possess a Degree OR professional qualifications in HR from a recognized university or institute.
- Above average oral and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Above average organizational skills and attention to detail, skilled at anticipating needs.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- More than 2 years of proven experience in the Human Resource field will be an added advantage.
