Role Description:

We are hiring a full-time Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations, policies, employee relations, and various HR functions on-site.

Qualifications:

• HR Management and Operations skills
• Experience in employee relations and policies
• Knowledge of HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings, screening, interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and training
• Support performance reviews and employee development
• Address grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Oversee payroll processing and update HR policies
