Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Human Resources to be part of our dynamic team. Responsibilities include recruitment assistance, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, system access management, and HR documentation maintenance. Key duties involve participation in KPI meetings, error reporting, performance appraisal follow-ups, and employee welfare management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing system access.
- Participate in KPI meetings, document preparation, error communication, and welfare execution.
- Handle performance appraisals, job descriptions, and staff welfare measures.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
