Job Description

Are you ready to join the prestigious MAS Active team in Biyagama as an Executive – Human Resources? With over 17 years of experience, MAS Active specializes in Activewear, Athleisure, Performance wear, and Men’s essentials. As an Executive Human Resources, you will play a key role in recruitment processes, conducting interviews, ensuring system access, and more. Key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, participating in KPI meetings, managing employee databases, and executing staff welfare measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and ensure system access
• Participate in KPI meetings, maintain documents, and update reports
• Communicate system errors to technical support teams
• Follow up on performance appraisals, job descriptions, and exit interviews
• Execute staff welfare measures and manage employee databases

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Related Field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Employee relation and knowledge in Labor Law
• Good Planning and Organizing skills
