Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, timesheets, and tax information.
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions, and address any payroll-related queries.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
  • Generate payroll reports and contribute to financial reporting processes.
  • Handle confidential payroll information with the utmost discretion and security.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, including knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and cross-functional teams.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Relevant certification or coursework in payroll management is a plus.
