- Recruit non-executive staff for Laugfs fuel filling stations on time
- Conduct regular visits to strengthen employer-employee relations
- Address employee grievances with prompt resolutions
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Diploma in HRM from a recognized institution
- Valid motorbike license (essential for location visits)
- 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment & Employee Relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
