Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing companies located in Horana.
Qualifications:
- A Graduate or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management in a reputed Institute.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Administration and / or Human Resources function, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in English and local languages.
- High service-oriented mind-set.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
To administer a robust time and attendance system within the unit in line with group policies and local regulations supporting employee attendance at work and Coats assets and Operate effective HR services to the business resulting in an interesting employee experience and high employee engagement at the plant.
