Job Description:
- Assist with tasks related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Utilize the HRIS system effectively to keep employee records accurate, current, and confidential.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies.
- Support the performance management and review processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and be the primary contact for labor legislation matters.
- Facilitate and support the organization of training and development programs.
- Handle HR-related matters such as leave, compensation, and employee grievances.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of proven HR Generalist experience.
- BSc or relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Understanding of HR policies, exposure to payroll is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset.
