Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage full recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, and ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
• Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding programs, conduct orientation sessions, and complete necessary documentation.
• Benefits Analysis: Evaluate compensation and benefits packages, recommend improvements, and manage communication and enrollment processes.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate schedules, and assess program effectiveness.
• Policy Update & Implementation: Develop HR policies, address grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and manage HR documentation.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll, coordinate with finance, and address inquiries.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Coordination with Parent Company: Align HR practices with parent company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, training, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR software.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to confidentiality.
