Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage full recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, and ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
- Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding programs, conduct orientation sessions, and complete necessary documentation.
- Benefits Analysis: Evaluate compensation and benefits packages, recommend improvements, and manage communication and enrollment processes.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate schedules, and assess program effectiveness.
- Policy Update & Implementation: Develop HR policies, address grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and manage HR documentation.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll, coordinate with finance, and address inquiries.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and stay updated on legislative changes.
- Coordination with Parent Company: Align HR practices with parent company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, training, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR software.
- Strong analytical skills and commitment to confidentiality.
